1. Sign up
Create your client account in a couple of clicks. This gives you access to your own private portal where everything lives — projects, files, approvals and history.
2. Onboarding call
We jump on a friendly call to capture your brand kit, tone of voice, visual style, audience and goals. By the end, Amy has everything needed to design as an extension of your team.
3. Submit projects your way
Raise new project requests directly inside your portal — or simply email Amy and she'll add it to your portal for you. Whichever is easiest on the day.
4. Collect & approve
When work is ready, you'll be notified. Hop into the portal to download final files, review designs, or approve copy ready to post. Everything stays organised in one place.
